Born in Liverpool, England, I worked for many years in mental health services and have overcome my own addictions. I only ever draw or paint the human head. I call these Psychological Portraits. Through a series of studies of the human head I attempt to convey psychological states, emotions beneath the surface and the fragility of the human condition.
